Studio apartment, sleeps 2/4 people, on a complex only 30 meters from the beach. We have two studios next door to one another that have interconnecting doors. It sits in between Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos. These apartments offer one of the best locations in this area. With the newly built promenade a stroll along the beachfront takes you into the centre of Las Americas or Cristianos in the other direction. |
Accommodation
Studio Apartment 1
Bedrooms: 2 x single beds with bed settee converts to double bed.
Bathrooms: Separate bathroom with walk in shower, hand wash basin, toilet and washing machine.
Kitchen: Small but adequate kitchette which has: microwave, cooking rings, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster all eating and cooking utensils.
Living Rooms: As a studio the living room doubles as the bedroom with additional TV with DVD player and table and chairs.
Other: Playa de las Americas facing balcony with patio furniture.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided but you will need to clean them as and when you require.
Unit 2
This is a two bedroom apartment with terrific sea views from both of its two balconies. Has TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and Five.

Resort Information
Outside
These studio apartments are located on the 3rd floor of a storey block. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Within the complex we have access to 2 swimming pools, tropical gardens, pool side bar offering a wide variety of drinks, snacks and meals throughout the day and into the evening. English speaking representative that visits regularly for day trips and excursions (they also manage the apartments). Supermarket.
Coast/Beach
Las Vistas Beach is located in front of the complex and is only 30 metres away. Beach facilites are second to none and sun loungers can be hired for a small charge, payable locally.
Golf
Golf Las Americas is close by.
Travel
Tenerife South Airport is only 20 mins drive away.
Distances
Located in the middle of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos and 30 metres from the beach. Easy walking to centre of both towns. |

We require a £50 deposit to book the studio or £100 deposit for the apartment, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. |
